Chris Garcia-Halenar has extensive experience in operational leadership and human resources across various organizations. Currently, Chris serves as Vice President of Operations at :DentalPlans since March 2015 and has held the role of Director of Human Resources at Home Financing Center since 2012, focusing on strategy, recruitment, and training programs. Prior experience includes Vice President of Operations at Doctor Diabetic Supply, overseeing significant operational responsibilities for a $55M business, and Vice President of Sales roles at Cardean University and The Home Shopping Network, where Chris managed sales and customer service operations. Chris began a career at Fidelity Investments as Director of High Net Worth Premium Services, leading strategic initiatives for high-value client segments. Chris holds an MBA in Management from the University of Phoenix and has a degree from The Ohio State University.
