Simona Petreni is an experienced professional in the field of Human Resources with a focus on learning and development. Currently serving as Learning and Development Manager at Hippocrates Holding S.p.A. since April 2024, Simona has been with DentalPro as HR Training & Development Coordinator since February 2018, overseeing training and development initiatives through e-learning platforms and an internal Academy. Prior roles include HR Training, Development, and Recruiting at ETLINE e Associati from July 2007 to June 2017, where responsibilities included analyzing training needs and conducting training sessions.
