Barry Lanesman

Barry Lanesman has a diverse work experience in the healthcare and finance industry. Barry is currently the CEO of Dentex Healthcare Group since April 2017. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Investec from September 2015 to August 2016. Barry also served as the CEO of BOQ Specialist, formerly known as Investec Bank Australia Limited, from August 2014 to October 2015. Barry held the position of Head of Private Banking at Investec Australia Limited from 2007 to 2014. Additionally, Barry was the CEO and Co-founder of Experien Medical Finance from August 2004 to October 2007, and the CEO and Co-founder of Medfin from April 1990 to June 2004.

Barry Lanesman holds a Bachelor of Dental Science degree in Dentistry from the University of the Witwatersrand, which they completed between 1977 and 1982. Barry also pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business Administration and Management at the University of Cape Town from 1986 to 1987.
