Neha Issar

Neha Issar is a Senior Associate at Dentons, where the practice focuses on commercial law tailored for high-growth and emerging technology companies. Neha has experience as a Corporate Counsel at Vecima Networks Inc. and as Legal Counsel at Bayer on secondment from Dentons, providing support on various corporate and commercial matters. Prior to joining Dentons, Neha served as sole in-house counsel at Nanometrics Seismic Monitoring Solutions, handling commercial agreements and corporate legal advice. Neha began legal training as an Articling Student at Demant, assisting with acquisitions and financing. Neha holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Bond University and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) Honours from Queen's University.
