Andrea Frohning is an experienced human resources leader with a robust background in various senior roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Dentsply Sirona, Andrea previously held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Patterson Companies, Inc. and served as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Snyder's-Lance, Inc. Earlier career highlights include roles as Vice President of Human Resources at Crane Co. and at Hubbell Incorporated, where leadership spanned both Hubbell Electrical Systems and Hubbell Wiring Systems, along with a focus on organizational development in a director capacity. Andrea Frohning holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations and a Bachelor of Science in Human Development from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
