François Hoang

François Hoang has a diverse work experience in the field of design and user experience. François is currently working as the Head of UX Platform at Dentsply Sirona since 2022. Prior to this, they were a Design Mentor at adplist.org starting from January 2021. From 2019 to 2021, they served as the Product Design Lead and Product Designer at Komgo, where they managed product design, defined product strategy, and crafted core experiences for digital products.

François also has experience as the Founder and Design Director at Aoiro Studio from 2006 to 2019, where they worked on various projects for clients and focused on product and brand development. François has also worked as a UI/UX Specialist at Desjardins in 2018, leading user experience practices and digital transformation.

Earlier in their career, François worked as a Senior UX Design Architect at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt from 2016 to 2018 and as a Design Lead at Spafax from 2014 to 2015, where they led digital design projects and built the company's first digital team. Additionally, they founded and served as the Design Director of Montreal Meets Design Conferences from 2011 to 2013.

François's work experience showcases their expertise in design, product strategy, and leading teams in creating innovative user experiences.

François Hoang attended Polyvalente Lucien-Pagé from 1998 to 2002 and obtained a High School degree. François then pursued further education at Vanier College from 2005 to 2006, studying Document Design and Multimedia. In 2008, they briefly attended Concordia University for Graphic Design.
