Jamie Capistrant

Jamie Capistrant is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales training and global learning development across the healthcare industry. Currently serving as the Director of Sales Training for North America at Dentsply Sirona since September 2022, Jamie previously held the role of Senior Director, Global Learning & Development at ICU Medical, where responsibilities included leading comprehensive education initiatives aimed at enhancing sales effectiveness and global consistency. Jamie's tenure at Smiths Medical spanned over 16 years, initially starting as a Sales Trainer and progressing to Director, Global Training, overseeing a large sales force and implementing successful training strategies. Jamie's background also includes clinical nursing experience, having worked as a Registered Nurse at North Memorial Health Care and the University of Minnesota Medical Center. Jamie holds an ATA in Nursing from Olympic College and a BSB in Marketing from the University of Phoenix.
