Katrina Palker

Katrina Palker is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer service and operations management. Currently serving as the Director of Technical Service at Dentsply Sirona since January 2020, Katrina previously held key positions at GE Healthcare from June 2010 to November 2019, including Global Customer Service Center Functional Manager, where a transformation of 43 global customer service centers was successfully executed. Additionally, Katrina led the US Service Contact Centers, overseeing 150 employees and contributing to significant revenue generation. Previous roles include Client Operations Manager at GE Capital, managing the Lowe's Home Improvement credit card portfolio, and Vice President - Department Manager at MBNA, responsible for the Customer Assistance Department. Katrina earned a Bachelor of Arts in History of Art from The Ohio State University.
