Martina Priesolova Repanova

Martina Priesolova Repanova is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as HR Operations Director for EMEA & APAC at Dentsply Sirona since June 2019, Martina previously held the position of Sr. HR Manager for EMEA Services Organization at Lenovo from September 2010 to May 2019, where significant contributions included driving HR strategy, managing talent development, and transforming company culture. Earlier roles included HR Operations Leader and HRSC Manager at Lenovo, and positions at Telefónica O2 Slovakia and Avon Cosmetics, where Martina built HR processes and teams from the ground up. Martina holds a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychotherapy, and Personnel Management from Univerzita Komenského v Bratislave.
