Ricardo Hernández Santana's work experience includes various roles in marketing and sales management. Ricardo started their career as a Regional Sales Manager at Philip Morris International in 2003. Ricardo then worked at Nestle as a Regional Sales Manager and later as a Trade Marketing Manager for New Channels. At Danone Nutricia Early Life Nutrition, they held positions as a Sales Development Manager and a Regional Sales Manager. Ricardo joined Abbott in 2014, where they served as a Trade Marketing Manager and later as a Pharmacy Marketing Manager. Currently, they work at Dentsply Sirona as a Marketing Director, responsible for leading the marketing strategy and digital transformation of multiple product groups. Ricardo will soon assume the role of Vice President Regional Marketing EMEA.
Ricardo Hernández Santana has a diverse education history. In 1998, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Metropolitana in Venezuela. Ricardo continued their education by pursuing a Postgraduate degree in Marketing for Companies at the Universidad Central de Venezuela from 2008 to 2010. In 2011, they enrolled in the INSA, Business, Marketing & Communication School, where they completed a Master's degree in e-Marketing. The following year, they attended the EADA Business School and obtained an Executive Master's degree in Marketing. Most recently, in 2021, Ricardo attended ISDI and completed a program called DIBEX (Digital Business Executive) focusing on Digital Business & Transformation.
