Cathy Powers

Cathy Powers is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in change management and organizational effectiveness, presently serving as Senior Manager of M&A Integration Change Management at dentsu international since August 2022. Prior roles include Transformational Change Manager at Shell and Head of Change at Sasol, where significant contributions were made in developing groupwide change management frameworks and driving cultural transformation initiatives. Additionally, Cathy has experience as an independent change management consultant and has held various roles at PwC, Accenture, and the South African Reserve Bank, focusing on change management strategies and media relations. Academically, Cathy holds a B.A. (Hons) in English from Rhodes University, an M.Comm in Business Management from the University of Johannesburg, and a B.A. in English and Psychology from Rhodes University.
