Tadashi Nagae

Tadashi Nagae currently serves as the Global Corporate Secretary and Deputy General Counsel at Dentsu Group Inc., a position held since January 2020. In addition, Nagae holds the title of Director and Executive Vice President COO at Dentsu Corporate One Inc., from January 2022 to December 2023. Previous roles include Managing Director and Head of Holding Company Project Management Office at 株式会社電通 in 2019, and Managing Director and Head of Legal Division at Dentsu Inc. from 2012 to 2019. Nagae began the legal career as General Manager of the Legal Affairs Division at 株式会社電通 from 2011 to 2012. Academic qualifications include an LLM and MCJ from New York University School of Law, as well as a B.A. in Law from Hitotsubashi University.
