Cody Rager is the VP of Player Personnel at the Denver Broncos, a position they have held since 2024. Previously, they served as a Player Personnel Assistant at The University of Alabama from 2010 to 2012 and held various roles in personnel, including Director of Player Personnel at Indiana University and Director of Recruiting at the University of Tennessee. Cody has also worked as a scout for the Miami Dolphins and Sun Life Stadium from 2012 to 2014 and as a front office personnel member for the New Orleans Saints since 2015. They are currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Environmental Sciences with a focus on Sport Management and hold a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Finance from The University of Alabama.
