Jason Laffey is an experienced culinary professional with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as Sous Chef at Magnolia Hotels since August 2015, Jason previously held the position of Jr Sous Chef at Northwood Club from March 2014 to August 2015. Prior to that, Jason worked as Kitchen Manager at Winking Lizard from March 2010 to November 2013. Jason's foundational education was completed at Benedictine High School.
