Victor Saldivar has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Victor began their career in 1999 as the Chief Engineer at Extended Stay America, where they worked until 2002. Victor then joined Marriott International as the Chief Engineer for five years. In 2007, they joined Magnolia Hotels as the Assistant Director of Engineering and was recently promoted to the role of Director of Engineering in November 2020.
