Desiree Sotomayor

Desiree Sotomayor, MLIS, serves as a Librarian at the Denver Public Library, where responsibilities include coordinating the Digital Arts & Media Studio and supporting the Idealab makerspace. Previous experience includes roles as a Technology Assistant at Pioneer Library System, Employment Services Assistant at Moore Norman Technology Center, and Program Assistant in the U.S. Virgin Islands, among others. Educational qualifications consist of a Master’s in Library & Information Studies from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, with minors in Marketing and English, from Missouri State University.
