Erika Martinez

Erika Martinez has a diverse range of work experience in the field of communications and marketing. Erika most recently served as the Director of Communications and Engagement at the Denver Public Library since November 2017. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Communications at the Mayor's Office of the National Western Center from September 2016 to November 2017. From August 2013 to August 2016, they worked as Communications & Community Relations personnel at the North Denver Cornerstone Collaborative. Additionally, they have experience as a Marketing & Communications Specialist at Denver Human Services from November 2011 to August 2013. Before that, they worked as an Account Manager at Webb PR from May 2010 to October 2011. Finally, they served as the Director of Marketing & Communications at the Denver Hispanic Chamber of Commerce from January 2006 to June 2010.

Erika Martinez attended the University of Colorado Denver from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communications. Following this, they pursued further education at Regis University from 2003 to 2005, earning an MBA degree with a focus in Marketing.
