Chung Pham is an accomplished senior research strategist with extensive experience in educational initiatives and data analysis. Currently at Denver Public Schools since January 2011, Chung has led multiple research projects evaluating programs such as the Online Credit Recovery Program and the Personalized Learning Program, while also developing tools to enhance accountability and student tracking. As a cofounder and president of Blue Dragon Children's Foundation USA, Chung established the organization’s mission and core programs that support education and outreach. Previously, Chung worked at RAND Corporation, where analytical expertise was applied to public datasets to estimate high school graduation rates and evaluate the impacts of adolescent relationships on academic performance. Chung holds a Ph.D. in Education Policy Analysis from Pardee RAND Graduate School.
