Jennifer Norris

Jennifer Norris has extensive experience in education, currently serving as Principal at Denver Public Schools since August 2011, with prior roles including Assistant Principal, Ritchie Principal Intern, and various teaching positions. Jennifer has taught and coached in early childhood and elementary literacy, and has been involved in school development and instructional leadership. Professional development experience includes training in Great Habits Great Readers, English Language Development, and UnCommon Schools practices. Earlier in their career, Jennifer worked as a Reading Aide at Bluemont Elementary. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Kansas State University, a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from the University of Denver, and a Certificate in Women in Leadership from Yale School of Management.
