Andy Miller

Andy Miller co-founded Copley Equity Partners in 2012 and heads Copley’s Denver office. He is also the Co-CIO and Co-Founder of Fox Rock Capital, a single family office and Copley’s affiliate company. Prior to Copley, Mr. Miller worked for Summit Partners, a private equity and venture capital firm, in Boston and Palo Alto. Mr. Miller received an MBA from Harvard Business School where he graduated with Second Year Honors and has a degree in Economics, cum laude, from Dartmouth College. He attended Denver Public Schools from kindergarten through high school. Mr. Miller has been a member of Denver Scholarship Foundation’s Investment & Finance Committee since 2018.
