Alexander Lane serves as the Conservation Interpretation and Resources Manager at the Denver Zoological Foundation since June 2015, focusing on creating interpretive experiences that foster conservation action among diverse audiences. Previous roles include Guest Engagement Manager and Guest Interaction Manager, where responsibilities encompassed training adult volunteers and staff as well as program design. Alexander has also worked at the Environmental Nature Center as Camp and Late Elementary Programs Coordinator and at INSIDE THE OUTDOORS FOUNDATION as a Field Naturalist and Animal Care Assistant. Alexander holds a Master’s degree in Elementary Education and Teaching and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Creative Writing, both from Chapman University.
