Paola Falleiros

Paola Falleiros has over 15 years of experience in the financial and investor relations industry. Paola currently serves as Head of Finance for DeÔnibus, a start-up company founded in 2012 with 35 employees. In this role, they are responsible for financial planning, treasury responsibility, controlling duties, and leading a team of 6 reports.

Prior to this role, Falleiros worked at Suzano as a Financial & Controlling Coordinator, Credit Coordinator, and Investor Relations from 2012 to 2021. At Suzano, they managed the yearly external audit, monthly and yearly closing and reporting activities, represented the company in interactions and negotiations with government authorities, and managed a team of 3 reports and several vendors.

From 2010 to 2012, Falleiros worked as an Investor Relations for BRF - Brasil Foods (Perdigao). From 2008 to 2010, they worked as an Investor Relations for Bematech. From 2006 to 2008, they worked as an Investor Relations Analyst for AMERICA LATINA LOGISTICA. In 2006, they also worked as an Intern for Robert Bosch. Finally, from 2004 to 2006, they worked as an External Relations Manager for AIESEC no Brasil, where they were responsible for branding, communication plan, external and public relations, and corporate partnerships.

Paola Falleiros completed their Bachelor degree in International Business Administration from Universidade Federal do Paraná between 2004 and 2007. Paola then pursued a Graduate degree in Corporate Finance and Investment Banking from FIA Business School between 2009 and 2010.
