Caleb Silas

Caleb Silas has gained extensive work experience in various roles over the years. Caleb started their career as a Jr. Executive at BITECH in 2000 and worked there until 2003. From 2003 to 2005, they served as an Operations Coach at Khoday Contact Center. In 2005, Caleb joined Wipro Limited as a Business Analyst and remained there until 2016. After that, they joined Diligent Group, LLC as a Business Analyst from 2016 to 2018. Currently, Caleb is working as a Business Analyst at DEOSI LLC, starting from August 2020.

Caleb Silas completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree from Baldwin Methodist Men's College, where they studied Commerce from 1997 to 2000. Prior to that, they attended Baldwin Boys High School from 1984 to 1995, but no degree or field of study is specified for this period. In addition to their formal education, Caleb Silas has obtained the following certifications:

1. Post Graduate Program in Business Analysis from Simplilearn and Purdue University, which they obtained in April 2022.

2. Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in May 2019.
