Sébastien Dechamps-Grisel

Sébastien DECHAMPS-GRISEL has extensive experience in youth development and sports management. Since March 2018, Sébastien has served as Chargé de mission Jeunesse at the DEPARTEMENT DE LA DROME, focusing on supporting young people in the Drôme region in collaboration with various local partners. Prior to this role, Sébastien was responsible for development at Culture Tennis from September 2013 to March 2018, promoting tennis participation and assisting club leaders in project implementation across twenty clubs. Additional experience includes a role as Responsable de Rayon at DECATHLON FRANCE, where Sébastien managed team performance and customer satisfaction in a sports retail environment. Earlier positions involved management and project development at Grand Bleu, with a focus on customer relations and tourism product creation, and as a travel agent intern at Grand Angle, where Sébastien organized outdoor adventures. Sébastien holds a Master's degree in Management from Université Grenoble Alpes and a Bachelor's degree in Sports Management from Université Joseph Fourier.
