Florent Saint Martin

Florent Saint Martin is an experienced political leader and academic, currently serving as Vice-president in charge of the Arrondissement du Havre at the Département de la Seine-Maritime and as Vice-president for Urbanism, Habitat, Higher Education, Land Policy, and City Policy at Le Havre Seine Métropole.
