Julien Demazure

Julien DEMAZURE currently serves as Vice-Président en charge de l’arrondissement de Rouen and Conseiller Départemental at the DEPARTEMENT DE LA SEINE-MARITIME since November 2020. In addition, Julien DEMAZURE is the President of the Syndicat mixte de gestion de la Seine Normande, focusing on aquatic environment management and flood prevention, and an Administrator at SDIS 76 - Sapeurs-pompiers de la Seine-Maritime and MIN de Rouen. With a long tenure at Veolia, Julien DEMAZURE holds multiple roles, including Responsable Relations Sociales, Responsable Ressources Humaines, and Responsable du Pôle Juridique et Affaires Sociales since December 2012. Julien DEMAZURE also functions as the Mayor of COMMUNE DE LA NEUVILLE CHANT D'OISEL and Conseiller communautaire for Métropole Rouen Normandie since April 2014, and has previously served as an Administrator for HAROPA PORT and EPF Normandie, as well as a Conseiller régional for Région Normandie. Julien DEMAZURE holds a Master 2 degree in Droit de l'Entreprise with a specialization in Droit Social from Université de Rouen.
