Christel Tschaegle

Christel TSCHAEGLE has extensive experience in cultural and international relations, currently serving as Cheffe de service culture, action internationale et territoires at Département de l'Essonne since April 2014, and previously as Cheffe de service action internationale. Prior to this, Christel worked at Ville de Cergy from February 2003 to March 2014, holding the positions of Responsable de mission développement durable et coopération internationale and Collaboratrice de cabinet. Christel TSCHAEGLE obtained a Diplôme de l'Institut d'études politiques in Relations et affaires internationales from Sciences Po Aix between 1997 and 2000 and a Maîtrise de Géopolitique in Géographie from Aix-Marseille University from 1993 to 1997.
