Joyce Pacary

Joyce Pacary has extensive experience in human resources and training, currently serving as Chef de secteur formation GPEC and Chef de projet GPEC at Département de l'Essonne since September 2019. Prior roles include Chargée du développement des compétences et de la formation at Mairie de Choisy le Roi from October 2015 to August 2019, and Chargée de formation at Academie Spie batignolles from October 2012 to September 2015. Joyce began a career in human resources management as Gestionnaire Ressources Humaines at Groupe SPR from December 2009 to October 2012, with responsibilities including overall training for Groupe SPR and youth policy. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Audit and Management des Ressources Humaines from ISC Paris and a Master 1 in Psychologie from Université Paris 13, along with ongoing studies for the Concours Attaché territorial at CIG Grande Couronne.
