Philippe Chartier is an experienced public administration professional with a strong background in public procurement and project management. Currently serving as the Directeur de la commande publique for the Ville de Montrouge since August 2020, Philippe also holds the position of Chargé de mission du Directeur général des services for the Département de l'Essonne. With prior roles including Directeur des Moyens généraux and Directeur des Marchés publics at the Département des Hauts-de-Seine, Philippe has overseen significant organizational transformations, budget management, and process optimization.
