Damien Launay

Damien Launay is the founder of "À DOS D'ÂME," where innovative workshops focus on exploring the dynamics of "resonant management" and improving team functionality. Currently serving as an organizational advisor for the Département du Morbihan since February 2019, Damien Launay facilitates decision-making processes and enhances collective efficiency through creative interventions. Previous roles include responsible for social action partnerships at the Caisse d'allocations familiales du Morbihan, where effective management and support strategies were developed for local families. Additionally, Damien Launay has held various positions related to social service development, project management for youth initiatives, and early childhood training, with a solid educational foundation in management of health and social organizations.
