Alexandra Ferrier

Alexandra Ferrier (FCIPD) is an accomplished HR and transformation professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple government and consulting organizations. Currently serving as Deputy Director of HR Transformation and Deputy Director of Service Delivery Resourcing and Recruitment Delivery at the Department for Work and Pensions since July 2023, Alexandra has previously held positions such as Principal Consultant at PA Consulting, Deputy Programme Director and Deputy Director at the Office for National Statistics, and held several strategic roles at the UK Ministry of Defence and Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport.
