David Lyons MBA BA (Hons) is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in service management and project delivery across various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Service Management and Contract Transformation for Digital Channels at DWP Digital since July 2018, David leads initiatives that provide critical services to citizens in the UK. Alongside this, David has been a Chief Officer (Special Constabulary) with Merseyside Police since 2007, overseeing the welfare and discipline of over 300 volunteer officers.
