Ed Mahon

Ed Mahon currently serves as the Head of Delivery for Digital Security at the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) since May 2023. Previously, Mahon held various leadership roles, including Six Sigma Training Manager at NatWest Group and Head of Business Improvement at North. Mahon has extensive experience at DWP as a Senior Digital Project Delivery Manager and at Swift Insolvency Solutions as Business Improvement Manager. Earlier roles include Root Cause Resolution Manager at Bupa and Change Manager for RBS/NatWest. With over a decade of experience in project management and process improvement, Mahon has worked as a Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Black Belt at Xchanging and AXA UK, respectively. Mahon also has a background in training and development.
