Harpinder Sandhu

Harpinder Sandhu currently serves as the Head of PMO at the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) since June 2023, after a brief tenure in the same role at Ofgem. Prior experience includes significant leadership positions within the Department for International Trade, where Harpinder held the titles of Head of Delivery (IT Implementation) and IT Implementation Project Manager for the Export Control Joint Unit. At the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government, responsibilities encompassed Deputy Head of PMO for the Building Safety Portfolio, as well as governance and reporting leadership, where Harpinder managed senior governance boards. Earlier roles include various positions at G4S and Her Majesty's Prison and Probation Service, focusing on custody management, offender management, and safety protocols.
