Hazel Norris

Hazel Norris has extensive experience in various IT roles, including IT Infrastructure Technician and Wintel Server and Database Analyst. Currently, Hazel holds the position of Level 1 Knowledge and Capability Manager at DWP Digital, where Hazel oversees the deployment of Mini PC and laptop devices nationally. Additionally, Hazel serves as a Tech Support Team Leader, managing a team of 1st/2nd Line technicians. Hazel is also an active participant in the Digital Voices program, advocating for more women in technology roles.
