Pardon Paguwah MCIPD is a seasoned human resources professional and the Founder and Director of Meaningful Careers, a recruitment agency specializing in guiding professionals towards fulfilling career paths in Audit, IT, and Health & Social Care within the UK, established in February 2023. Currently serving as an HR Product Manager for the Department for Work and Pensions since July 2022, Pardon has held prominent HR roles at the UK Health Security Agency and the Department of Health and Social Care during the NHS Test & Trace initiative. Previous experiences include working as a Human Resources Officer and Management Consultant at KPMG Zimbabwe and HR Business Partner at Econet Wireless Zimbabwe. Pardon holds an MBA from the National University of Science and Technology and several certifications in human resources and business continuity management.
