In the role of Senior Service Designer at DWP Digital since 2019, Steve has contributed to various key projects, enhancing digital services across multiple domains. Prior experience at ZOO Digital Group plc spanned roles from Software QA Engineer to Product Manager, achieving significant product launches and maintaining strong collaboration with development teams. Steve Welsh holds a BA (Hons) in Psychology & English from the University of Bedfordshire.
