Chelsea Brass, PhD, MPAff, has a diverse professional background in education, research, and healthcare policy. Currently serving as an Education Curriculum Analyst and previously as a Research and Training Specialist at the Florida Department of Children and Families, Chelsea has also contributed to the academic environment as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Assistant Instructor at Moody College of Communication. Experience in community engagement and communications with the Austin Independent School District, along with a role as a Planning Consultant at the Latino Healthcare Forum and as a Healthcare Policy Analyst at the Texas Department of State Health Services, highlights a strong commitment to public service and community involvement. Chelsea holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Communication from Moody College of Communication and a Master of Public Affairs in Public Policy Dispute Resolution and Mediation from The LBJ School of Public Affairs.
