Emily Mickelson

Emily Mickelson is a dedicated education professional with extensive experience in special education and coaching. Currently serving as a Special Education Teacher for the DoD Education Activity since August 2009, Emily previously held positions as a Special Education Teacher in the Henrico County School District and the QSI International School of Shenzhen, where Emily was also the Director of Instruction. Emily's coaching career includes roles as a JV and Assistant Varsity Volleyball and Basketball Coach at Yokota High School and as a Varsity Volleyball and JV Basketball Coach across multiple high schools. Emily holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Simpson University and a Bachelor of Education in Special Education and Teaching from East Carolina University.
