Joyce Andaya

Joyce Andaya has extensive experience in educational leadership, currently serving as Director III of the Bureau of Secondary Education at the Department of Education in the Philippines since December 2012. Prior to this role, Joyce held the position of Principal at Lourdes School in Quezon City from June 1992 to November 2012. Joyce's educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of Sydney, a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) candidate in Educational Leadership and Administration from De La Salle University, and a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of the Philippines.
