Jim Kubrak

Jim Kubrak is an experienced professional in the energy sector with a strong background in electrical engineering and compliance management. Currently serving as the Grid Resilience Strategy and Analysis Program Manager at the U.S. Department of Energy, Jim previously held various positions at ReliabilityFirst Corporation, including Manager of Operations and Planning Compliance and Senior Technical Auditor, where contributions included leading a team, facilitating compliance workshops, and implementing risk-based strategies.
