Salem F.

Salem F. has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. They began their career as an intern at the Federal Communications Commission, where they managed a large document review for the Cingular and AT&T Wireless merger. They then worked as a contract attorney and team leader at Hudson Highland Group, overseeing a team of attorneys and gaining expertise in document review techniques. Salem F. then joined the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services as a Contracting Officer, working with senior executives to administer Medicare contracts. Their next role was as Director of the Office of Acquisition and Contract Management at the U.S. Department of Energy's Office of Environmental Management, where they managed procurement operations and served as the Competition Advocate. They later became a Senior Procurement Analyst and the DOE Procurement Innovation Lead, responsible for ensuring the quality of DOE contracting and identifying areas for improvement. Currently, Salem F. holds the position of Director of the Office of Contract Management at the U.S. Department of Energy, overseeing critical procurement controls.

Salem F. completed a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from Boston University School of Law from 2002 to 2005. Prior to that, Salem F. obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Government from Cornell University from 1999 to 2002.
