Shunda Bogan

Lead Program - Budget Analyst at Department of Energy

Shunda Bogan has extensive work experience in budget analysis and program management, primarily within government agencies. Shunda has worked at the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) twice, first as a Budget Analyst from 2013 to 2014, and later as a Lead Program - Budget Analyst starting in December 2016. In between their roles at the DOE, they worked at the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) as an Acting Budget Branch Chief/Senior Budget Analyst from 2014 to 2016. Prior to their ICE position, Shunda was a Management and Program Analyst at ICE from 2009 to 2013. Shunda'searliest work experience was at Raytheon Intelligence & Space, where they served as a Program Cost Schedule & Control Analyst I from 2008 to 2009.

Shunda Bogan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance, General from Jackson State University in 2008. Shunda later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Mississippi State University from 2008 to 2009.
