Florine Baerlocher

Florine Baerlocher is an experienced professional currently serving as Acting Manager and Energy Services Specialist at the Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action since March 2020, where responsibilities include coordinating intelligence during energy emergencies and contributing to energy safety policy development. With a background in compliance and policy roles across various organizations, including Assurant and AHPRA, Florine has demonstrated expertise in compliance audits, case management, and project management. Additionally, Florine serves as Co-Chair of the Victorian Public Sector Women of Colour Network, advocating for the advancement of Women of Colour in the public sector.
