Luis Alejandro Voysest

Luis Alejandro Voysest currently serves as the Senior Engagement Coordinator for Traditional Owner Partnerships at the Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action since February 2022. Prior experience includes the role of Taungurung Parks Program Manager at Taungurung Land & Waters Council, where responsibilities involved fostering partnerships for park management and supporting the Taungurung Traditional Owner Land Management Board. Voysest has also held the position of Water Policy Officer at Taungurung Land & Waters Council, engaging with community water initiatives, and has consulted in various capacities on social assessments and governance related to natural resource management and environmental issues. Voysest holds a Master's degree in Environmental Management from Macquarie University and several other degrees in Anthropology and interdisciplinary studies.
