George Yacoub

George Yacoub, CHCIO, currently serves as the Chief Digital & Information Officer and Executive Advisor to the Under Secretary at the Department of Health Abu Dhabi, overseeing healthcare regulatory strategies and performance monitoring. Previously, George worked as the Group Chief Information Officer at Burjeel Holdings, where efforts focused on establishing an enterprise IT structure and enhancing electronic health records. Prior roles include Group Director of IT at Abu Dhabi Health Services Company (SEHA), where George led significant organizational changes and transformation projects. Experience also includes positions such as Managing Director at NTT DATA Services and various IT leadership roles at health institutions like Karmanos Cancer Institute and Corniche Hospital. George holds a Master's in Computer Science and a Bachelor's in Business Management & Accounting, complemented by certification as a Healthcare Chief Information Officer.
