Principal Project Manager, Connecting Care at Victorian Department of Health

Anneliese Gillard has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Their most recent role was as Principal Project Manager at the Victorian Department of Health, where they led the Connecting Care project. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Project Officer, Public Reporting at the same organization. Anneliese also served as the Operations Lead for Healthcare and Disability Services.

Before working at the Victorian Department of Health, Anneliese was employed by the North Western Melbourne Primary Health Network as a Program Coordinator for HealthPathways and later as a Program Officer for the same program. Anneliese also served as a Scientist in the Virology department at Avexa, focusing on protein production and small molecule drug screening. Lastly, they worked as a Medical Secretary at Symbion Health.

Anneliese Gillard obtained a Graduate Diploma in Editing and Publishing from RMIT University in 2011-2012. Prior to that, they pursued a PhD in Medicine (Biochemistry & Molecular Biology) from Monash University from 2002 to 2010. Anneliese also completed a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical (with a focus on Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, Pharmacology) from Monash University in 1998-2000. In addition to their formal education, Anneliese has obtained various certifications, including the Executive Data Science Specialization from Coursera, PRINCE2® Practitioner CPD from AXELOS Global Best Practice, and Agile Project Management with Microsoft Project from LinkedIn. Anneliese also holds certifications in Microsoft Project 2019 and Project Online Desktop Essential Training from LinkedIn and PRINCE2 Registered Practitioner from MetaPM. Anneliese's additional certifications include Data Management for Clinical Research and Introduction to Communication Science from Coursera.
