Elise Tuffy

Elise Tuffy has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Elise started their career in 2002 at Australian Business Lawyers & Advisors, where they held various administrative and paralegal roles until 2006. From 2006 to 2014, they worked at Corrs Chambers Westgarth as an Associate, Lawyer, and in paralegal and legal assistant roles. In 2009, they served as the Head of the Paralegal Team at the 2009 Victorian Bushfires Royal Commission. From 2013 to 2014, Elise worked at Amcor Flexibles as a Legal Counsel (Acting) in Employment and Industrial Relations. In 2015, they joined Thomson Geer as a Senior Associate until 2017. From 2017 to 2022, Elise worked at the Victorian Department of Health in various roles, including Principal Industrial Relations Consultant, Director of Employee Relations, and Executive Director of Workplace Relations and Engagement. Additionally, they served as a Board member at Laneway Learning from 2018 to 2022.

Elise Tuffy obtained a Bachelor of Laws from Victoria University between 2006 and 2010. Elise then completed a Master of Laws (LLM) at the University of Melbourne from 2016 to 2018.
