Rachel Zhang

Rachel Zhang is a skilled professional with a background in public health and communications. Currently serving as a Social Media Coordinator at the Victorian Department of Health since July 2023, Rachel has previously held roles including Project Support Officer at the Mental Health Commission of Western Australia and Social Media Assistant for COVID-19 communications at the Department of the Premier and Cabinet of WA. Earlier experience includes a Digital Intern position at the same department and a Health Promotion Intern role at Womens Health & Family Services.
