Tori Biggs

Tori Biggs is an experienced communications professional currently serving as Senior Communications Adviser and acting Manager of Employee Communications and Engagement at the Victorian Department of Health since August 2022, with previous roles during departmental restructure. Prior to this, Tori held various positions at the Department of Jobs, Precincts and Regions, focusing on stakeholder engagement and communications from April 2021 to August 2022. Additional experience includes roles such as Account Executive at Finlayson Communications, Production and Office Coordinator at Hogarth Australia, and Event Manager at Kreate Australia, as well as freelance production coordination for Belle-Laide Events. Tori has also worked in operations at Sidekicker and customer support at Uber, along with sales consulting at Telstra. Tori holds a Bachelor of Media from the University of Adelaide and a Diploma of Screen and Media from RMIT University.
